I would like to increase the size of the C partition (from 40 GB to 80-100 GB), preferably without the need for a format. I read a lot about programs created for this, but also about how people disappeared partitions without the ability to recover data. Hence my request - advise what program to do the safest. Aha experience and some good backup program. Acronis Disk Director Suite is ok? Before you can change the size of the partition. Or maybe better Partition Magic?
I will add that I currently have windows XP.
